The concept behind this project was to distinguish a pivotal derelict corner site through the creative re-use and extension of a very modest end of terrace house.

​

A two storey brick addition wraps the corner to enclose a private rear garden.

​

Sensitive refinements draw daylight deep into the living spaces.
